Objective
Forms are a major way that internal and external stakeholders talk to the communications team. The customer-facing web forms were all on a SharePoint that only certain folks had access to. The goal of the project was to increase visibility of the forms and make them more user friendly.
My Role
I worked to rethink where the forms should exist, tested possible platforms for forms and accepting entries, and worked on what fields they should contain.
Outcomes and Implementation
As part of the process, I updated forms and created new forms.
