Objective
Forms are a major way that internal and external stakeholders communicate with the communications team. Before this project, customer-facing forms were locked away in SharePoint with limited access, which made them hard to find and hard to manage.
My Role
I evaluated where forms should live, assessed platforms for managing forms and collecting their data, and worked out the field structure each form needed.
Outcomes and Implementation
The overhaul resulted in a set of updated and newly created forms.
