Background
Arts & Sciences’ internal documentation lived in Atlassian Confluence (locally called “Answers”), which was becoming more publicly visible — including help content meant only for internal staff and faculty.
My Role
Migrated our documentation library from Confluence to Microsoft SharePoint, restricting access to Arts & Sciences and Maxwell School staff and faculty. Alongside the move, I wrote and updated a significant amount of web, profile, and accessibility-related help content.
Outcome
Internal-only documentation is now locked down to the appropriate campus audience, with an expanded and updated library of help content covering web, profile, and accessibility topics.
